We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the rest of the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, plus a selection of countries beyond Europe (incl. US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Israel, Turkey, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico). Country not listed? Email us.

Netherlands: €4.95 (free from €50). Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: €9.95. Rest of the EU: €14.95. UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein: €19.95. Other destinations: €29.95. All prices include 9% Dutch VAT (reduced food rate). For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT and customs fees may be charged by the carrier and are payable by the recipient.

Shipped within 7–10 days of your order. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

14-day right of withdrawal. Unopened, sealed saffron can be returned — return shipping is at your expense. Opened or unsealed product cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. Email hello@zafia.nl first for a return label.

Report within 7 days of receipt with a photo to hello@zafia.nl. We send a replacement or a full refund.
