Flat €4.95 across the EU. Free shipping over €40. VAT is calculated automatically based on the delivery address.

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days. Rest of EU: 2–5 working days. You receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

14-day right of withdrawal. Unopened, sealed saffron can be returned — return shipping is at your expense. Opened or unsealed product cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. Email hello@zafia.eu first for a return label.

Report within 7 days of receipt with a photo to hello@zafia.eu. We send a replacement or a full refund.
